Three questions we hear every week
Yes. Intake is by appointment so a bay and a technician are ready when you arrive. Book by email or by phone, and the reply will confirm the bay, the time and the items we expect to tag.
Most windows run between two and six hours depending on the number of services the system carries. The work order states the expected window before work begins, and any extension is discussed with you first.
Yes. Networks, server cabinets and field devices can be taken in as one tagged job with several work order lines. A tune-up sitting is usually the right way to start when the estate has never been reviewed as a whole.
